Tips, Techniques and Tools Become Skills When… STAY TUNED!

We are all in the pursuit of dreams, goals and success.  Even though we are on our way to fulfill our promise and potential, we are still open to ways that can ensure an easier path.  Bring on all those tips, techniques and tools so we can build the career and life that we really want!

We hit the self-help book shelf looking for those words of advice that we can apply.  We scan articles, magazines and the internet searching for the holy grail or at least some tip, technique or tool that will give us an edge.  If we can just find something we can use, we will soar above and beyond expectations.

We are also susceptible to those motivational seminars that guarantee the keys to the kingdom.  At least that’s what’s promoted.  “It’s the opportunity to learn the skills, secrets and science that will propel you to the top of your profession.” They use these come-ons to lure attendance.

“If I can pick up a nugget or two, it’ll be worth it.” Or “Maybe it’ll inspire me” are the usual hopeful sentiments shared by those who have attended one or two of these promise breakers.  Unfortunately, even buoyant hopes aren’t able to salvage these experiences or pave the way to refurbishing productivity and success.  In fact, this quest of adding tips, techniques and tools to our repertoire may be short-sighted.

After all, how many tips, techniques or tools does it take for someone to lose weight?  I mean let’s get serious here.  There is more information in the form of books, seminars and DVDs on weight loss than any subject on the planet.  Yet, we are an obese nation.  It’s not that we aren’t educated on the subject, so what are we missing?

Stephen Covey gives us “The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People.”  Jim Collins offers “Good To Great” and Spencer Johnson shows us “Who Moved My Cheese.”  These million sellers pale to the classics from Napoleon Hill and Dale Carnegie.  So what happens to all that collective knowledge we’ve been blessed with?

Evidently, it must take more than just tips, techniques or tools to make a difference.  Learning that lesson was the reason I developed MOVVE!™  It’s the procedural application of Elite Motivation, a comprehensive collection of emotionally intelligent resources.  Hopefully more will come to realize that applying information and knowledge is really all about action.  Delivering this motivation means combining all that information you collect with relevant emotions for engaging and empowering action.

MOVVE!™ has five letters that let you apply tips, techniques and tools into productive actions.  The action starts when you Mobilize your passion and character toward a goal.  You Organize that action with a progressive storyboard to illustrate and motivate your plan.  Knowledge first comes to life when you Visualize putting information into application.  Your facts transition into action when you Verbalize to empower and rally a supportive team.  Finally, your passionate attitude will Energize all the action you need to pursue goals by inspiring collaborative teamwork and trust.  After all, emotions drive behaviors!

When you apply MOVVE™ to all those tips, techniques and tools you’ve been accumulating, you will finally be able to build the skills and success you seek.  It’s not easy to change “brain thinking” into actual actions, but I can ensure your improvement with coaching, practice and supportive materials.  After all, developing skills takes time, support and teamwork. Discover how the MOVVE™ motto, “Actions Create Change” ignites a visible reality in your life.  Productivity and profits result!  Make your MOVVE™ to Elite Motivation now!
